Below is a video of a project Allin Landscaping installed in Brentwood's Hampton Reserve that Jonathan landscaped:
Design
Once you call Allin Landscaping, creating your Backyard Get-A-Way begins with three simple steps: design consultation, design development, and design implementation.
Design Consultation
First of all, we'll meet with you at your home to closely listen to your interests in what you would like to see created at your home. As you share with us, our experts will provide the inspiration of many years of experience giving ideas and showing you several photographs of the possibilities that can be developed at your home.
The development of your project is such an important element to the enjoyment and value of one of your major investments, your home! Therefore, the contractors at Allin Landscaping work closely with you to develop a custom design that will complement the beauty and style of your home, as well as increase the value of your property.
Design Development
After the design consultation meeting, we'll begin to develop the design for your outdoor project. Several years of experience is incorporated into every design developed by Allin Landscaping. Considerable thought is given to every design to ensure creativity, distinction, and function!
The success of every outdoor project initially rests entirely on its design!
A thorough, well-thought-out evaluation of your home and its setting is extremely important as it relates to your desire to create a distinctive outdoor project that can be enjoyed for years to come.
Some of the many factors to be considered are:
- How will the outdoor space be used… for cooking, dining, relaxing, gathering with others, beauty... and what elements can be added to space for these intended purposes?
- How many people should be planned for using the different areas of outdoor space?
- What are the viewing focal points from inside the house so that the outdoor space can be enjoyed year-round from inside the house as well as outside?
- What about privacy from the view of others and screening out unwanted views?
- What plants should be incorporated into the design for the long-term success of the project!
During the design development stage, Allin Landscaping brings into the experts specializing in the areas of their experience that will be performing the actual work of the project. Combining their creativity and experience helps to promote a comprehensive and creative design.
Once the design is completed, a proposal is generated complete with multiple options from which you can choose. We will then schedule a meeting with you to present the design and the proposal options for your consideration.
Design Implementation
When you decide what options you would like performed at your home, the excitement increases with the design implementation, the installation of the work! It will be exciting to experience the creation of this unique outdoor project at your home, especially when you have been so much a part of the entire journey! Give us a call today.

More Projects
These pictures of Knock-Out Roses were installed by Jonathan which includes a testimony from the customer...
"Wanted to show you how pretty our roses have bloomed.
Thank you for the wonderful job you did in our backyard!"
Shelley Sherman
The majesty of Deodar Cedars! One of my sons and I planted this tree many years ago at one of my past homes!
ButtonVirdis Japanese Maple! A specimen laceleaf weeping Japanese maple can beautify any entrance!
ButtonLush Autumn Ferns planted by a boulder provides a woodland feel even in the city!
ButtonThe simple elegance of a single Emerald Green Arborvitae underplanted with vibrant Purple Wave Petunias and Yellow Coleus! Those are stately Cryptomeria planted at the corner of the house!
ButtonThe right groundcover adds so much interest to the landscaping! Our design and installation included a new woodland stepping stone walkway planted with Blue Star Creeper among the stepping stones. This is a great creeping groundcover with small blue star shaped blooms.
ButtonAt another one of our past homes we planted this Scotch Pine Topiary to provide distinction for the front of the house! The Spiral Emerald Green Arborvitae made a great companion to the Topiary! These are some of my favorite specimen and columnar plants!
ButtonThe Glory of Spring! These two pictures are the same Yoshino Cherry showing off its vibrant, multi-colored floral display! Yoshino Cherries are hardy, arching, prolific spring performers.

ButtonMopheads, or Threadleaf Cypress, provide a bright yellow show even in the cold, cold days of winter! Plant them by Creeping Phlox, like the above picture, and enjoy the combination of their colors!
ButtonElephant Ears can add interest to any garden! At our last house we had them planted in our pondless waterfall! They thrived in that setting!
ButtonThe Columnar Collection
We like to use columnar plants to add a distinctive, architectural element to the landscape!
