"Beautiful finished back yard, just as planned. Landscaping, patio deck extension with pavers, natural gas stone fire pit, lighting, & electrical outlets. George was a pleasure to work with. He and those working with him were knowledgeable and experienced. He created a good design drawing, and detailed itemized cost estimate so it was clear what the scope included. He was patient with us as we modified the design and added design elements over several months. Communication was excellent so that there were no surprises. Final cost and end product were exactly as quoted. They obtained building permits as needed, He kept us informed of any delays in the construction dates, due to weather & delays in other projects. Plants were healthy and all are thriving except a few small ones that didn't survive the winter. We got exactly what we wanted at a competitive price and without any hassle. We're glad we chose Allin Landscaping and recommend them to others."

"We are thrilled with our new patio that George from Allin Landscaping helped us plan and design. George served as a great consultant, talking through our objectives, sharing options, and even bringing in experts to share their guidance. Once the design was complete we moved on to material selection and George even met us at the landscaping material business to walk us through different options. We were very impressed with the build phase. The team and logistics were incredibly well organized and coordinated. They completed the job in a matter of days despite the rain. The quality of work and the final product exceeded our expectations! I always think the sign of a good contractor is how they finish a job and clean up and this team delivered. All evidence of their work was cleaned up and removed, nice and neat. We love our patio during the day, but it's almost better at night when the lights come on with a soft glow and provide the functional illumination to safely traverse the steps. I couldn't recommend George and his team highly enough, you will be thrilled with the outcome!"

"George, Craig and their teams were awesome to work with. Going with someone more boutique is the way to go vs. those that are over worked and booked in the larger companies. You get what you pay for and I would rather pay just a little more than the other quotes I received for the same work. I know they were the best option and did not have any issues like some folks I know had with their projects and other companies. The project ended up exactly what I was imagining and on paper. They don’t nickel and dime you to death but very transparent on what they would recommend and why when it came to options. 10/10. Can’t wait to work on the next project together!"

"George Allin was selected out of several landscapers in the area because of his personal attention to the project, his tiered pricing for ala carte features, his team of hardscape pros, and his ability to stay on schedule. I would highly recommend for any size project. He made the point of coming down to my office to present following a lengthy onsite tour and ideation session. He brought his hardscape person to help talk through questions. He drew out the plan and showed real examples of all the features and options. There was a slight weather delay, but they were efficient, flexible, and came back after completion to address additional items. The actual crew was experienced and knowledgeable. George took the time for calls and also had good advice on lawn care outside of his scope. Plus, he is also a genuinely nice person. The world needs more of George."

George Allin even took us to Randall Walker Farms to pick out some of our specimen plants. It was a delight to go pick some of our plants. We love the Pacific Northwest area of the country and we wanted to incorporate that feel to our yard and it was accomplished. We have many varied species of evergreen trees that grow in Oregon. "Allin Landscaping created a backyard oasis for us. This was a complex project that resulted in the installation of a paver stone patio with a stacked stone seating wall and five stacked stone columns. A deck was built off of our existing screened porch to house a new hot tub. Two water features were also installed; one is a ground-level boulder fountain and the second one is a beautiful Pondless Waterfall. This also included many plants, trees, and accent landscape lighting.
